Default Back after 15 years

Hello Everyone.
I have gotten back into collecting after taking 15 years off from the hobby. After a trip to Cooperstown this Spring, I have rekindled my baseball card trading passion. I am now hoping to collect one card of every Hall of Fame player, no matter condition. I'm excited to get reconnected and make trades again. Feel free to check out my page.
Andy

I've been picking up the most affordable first. A lot of my collection is newer, so it will take me a while to have a bunch of vintage to do much trading. (unless someone is interested in trading vintage for modern). My trade/want page is updated, so it will give you an idea of where I'm at. Probably focusing on WW2 era.
Andy

BTW, great pics in your collection

Andrew,

Welcome back.

After 15 years, what are some of the differences you have noticed in this hobby?

I'm still collecting some new stuff and the fact that they have 20 versions of the same card is crazy to me. Too confusing to keep straight. Thanks for the welcome and looking forward to meeting new guys here.

Welcome back into the hobby!
I started by collecting the “one of each HOFer” quest and boy that exploded on me LOL. What a blast and I hope you can reach your goal!

Leon, I haven't seen that version of the DiMaggio sport stamp before. Amazing how many different versions there are. The Ruth has both a uniform and civilian clothes version. Attached is my version of the DiMaggio.

I am actually making trades to get on OBC & VCT right now. I was on The Bench for many years though. My kids are now in college and I needed to fill my time again. LOL.
thanks for the welcome.

If you think college tuition is a bit much, wait until you get a peak at the vintage card prices!

Damn Leon, that is a Sports Stamp from a paper I've never heard of including them before. I believe the image is the same as I've seen on other Sports Stamps, but the newspaper it was in is certainly a new one to me. Nice pickup!
