Sometimes you have to overpay today to get what you want and watch the price catch up. I recall waking up in a cold sweat the day after some house closings convinced my life was ruined. They all worked out. And then some.

Maybe some Heritage employees were the big winners!

Watched a few nice photos last night (Jackie, Josh Gibson, 23 Yankees) and the prices were a good 25% higher than I expected. At least.

A few Green Cobb 3s went for under 10k. This is a significant drop for a benchmark card.

A PSA2 sold for $8700, I didn't follow the 3s but that's surprising.

Plus the Williams rookie photo $43k.

I do not think so.

Probably the same photo session, but Williams’s mouth is open on his Play Ball cards.

For the first time I won something from two different Heritage departments on the same night (a poster from the movie poster division and a photo from the sports auction). Does anyone know if HA will invoice/ship these two items together, or will it be separate invoices and shipping charges since it's from two different Heritage divisions?

Why the huge price then? Someone jumped on the Williams rookie photo today that's been on ebay forever with a 2900 BIN.

Agreed Steve and sometimes I do and we all need to.

However, I put a "cap" on what I feel is the right amount to "overpay" and if exceeds that number then I chose not to go over that.
