Let me just say I paid over 15 K for it at that time . The item before this license was a signed mortgage deed (one of the first to come to market signed by Joe Jackson ) that went for approximately 22K of which I was the under-bidder.
After the fact a year or so after that auction I was part of class action lawsuit against that AH for excessive shipping & handling and insurance fees. I received a very good settlement on that as well.
