Show some postwar 'rookies'
I realize that's sort of an odd concept with boxing but since some of them have gone pretty nuts lately, let's see what you've got. I will post a few favorites to start:

Bernard Hopkins and Shane Mosley. Both 1998.

Stumbled across this Bernard Hopkins in my files that actually pre-dates the Japanese card by 5 years, but was very limited, likely many of them didn't survive, and it doesn't have a traditional back that collectors tend to like. Not sure anybody has ever attempted to trim these Siedman cards and submit them to any of the grading companies. It would almost be a shame trimming them as these also served as on-site bout sheets for various fight cards.

I'm not well-versed in post-war boxing cards. I picked up this Hit-man Hearns, which I think is his rookie. Probably my favorite fighter alongside Duran.

Figured I'd re-animate this thread instead of starting a new one for a fairly insignificant reason.
Was thumbing through some misc. obscure modern cards to throw up on my website, and stumbled across this Terry Norris from 1989. Gotta think it's his earliest card. Not a top tier guy or very popular, but he is a HOF'er. |

I think this is might be his first regular sized rookie card. There is a 1948 Exhibit.

Yup, that's the Rock's rook. There is the Exhibit and also the Slidewell PC from the same era, BC (before champ):
Oh, and this one: Those are my two favorite Marciano pieces.
