Here is the Orioles pitching chart (vs. Cleveland) kept by next game's SP, Scott McGregor on 04/19/77 which happened to be the game where Brooks Robinson hit a walk off Home Run (and the last of his career):

Here's an interesting piece I picked up maybe 20 years ago and haven't seen again since:

it is a tale of the tape boxing promo for venues to hand to patrons to publicize a showing of the fight.

And as long as we are talking beer:

Mid 1950s promo card for Cuban beer, this one signed by Valdes.

Joe Louis shilling for Canadian Ace beer. The company was long a front for organized crime and was trying to go legit when this was issued in the 1950s.

Not sure if these are oddball enough for you, but these are my IHL Saginaw Gears Hockey Club puck bag and cup. I love all my Gears stuff and these two are sweet in my book.

Some of mine. The painted Cubs train is a one of a kind painted for me by Boyd's Glass in Cambridge Ohio. I visited their operation one year and saw the artist painting. I asked Mr. Boyd if his painter would paint me one of their trains with a Cubs logo. He said he could make it happen.

Jackie Robinson Cane Topper - sold in the early 1950's. Always thought this was a bit, eh, odd.

This isn't oddball, it's just plain weird and also favors Reds star pitcher at the time Pete Schneider.

Great items everyone and certainly odd in many cases. Here are a few more. Apologies as the last 2 are rotated despite my best efforts.

1) Creighton woodcut without Creighton! At some point, there was another woodcut in Creighton's place (pretty sure it was Roger Connor) but seller at the time accidentally peeled it off. I do have the correct version and it's much nicer.

2) N173 collage of Baltimore BBC.

3) I always liked these items and perhaps came from a fellow board member. They are heavy. Feels like it should be in a bar or man cave if I ever get permission.

Here's a lighter that I thought was kind of an odd-ball item. It's not mine,it's currently being offered in an auction. Notice the misspelling of Feller's last name.

This is certinly odd ball. A tag designed to attach with a string to a buttonhole on your shirt or jacket.
This was to welcome back Mass. Native Chick Davies who had made good and been signed by Connie Mack. And in 9/3/1914 returned with the Athletics to play the Redsox at Fenway park.

Default Early Fenway/Harvard History

Here's an unusual piece I picked up a year or two ago...This riding school was right across from Fenway Park...and was used by the Harvard baseball team to change in for the first game played at Fenway...

I have a bunch of those plastic "Rah Fones," but this is my favorite. It's made out of fairly thin paper and survived. Interesting to note, it was made by Sealright Sanitary Service, a maker of the paper caps that used to go on glass milk bottles. I put an example in the "mouthpiece."

Default Too good of a thread to go away

This is too good of a thread to go away so soon. Here are some of my oddball Koufax items - maybe not an xray, but I don't recall seeing another key ring from Sandy's Tropicana Motel. The watch as replica autos of Mantle, Maris and Mays as well as Sandy's.

Here’s a few odds and ends I have in my collection. The 1920 Indians schedule coin is pretty interesting. Also like the Tip Top Bread stuff. Great thread!

Default Not baseball but still odd

I found it in a estate sale in a corner, bought it for fifty cents. It has written on it goal posts 1962 Rose Bowl Pasadena Cal. U of Minnesota vs UCLA 21 points 3 points than is signed.

The Giants inserted these expandable hats in their programs during the 1962 WS. I’ve seen a few being worn in a DVD of that series.

1906 JF Hillerich & Son envelope mailed to Honus Wagner, just a few months after he was the first ever player to sign an endorsement deal to feature his signature on their bats.

Great item Todd, never seen on like it before. Good time to lighten things up again. Enclosed snapshot from around 1916 or so, without looking at the label any guesses ? Funky snapshot, author Ring Lardner at W Sox camp. 1916 by Hugh Murphy, on Flickr
