WOW...DiMaggio was $175 in 1995? I was fortunate to pay 40 bucks a piece for him signing an 11x14 flat and my HOF book in 1991. Talk about inflation. LOL.

I vaguely recall Mantle being at a show on Long Island the year before he passed and I think it was around $150 base fee. Seemed insanely high at the time given most other players were $20 and under. And, if you spent your $150 on a signed 8x10, you would barely get that back today.
