smillz, it's a terrific display piece and we'll echo Alan's thought that it was well worth what you paid.
We also agree that it's of quite recent vintage.
The artist is clearly quite talented and it's weird that nothing of his work (at least under that name) turns up on-line,
although an image search for "Brad Rock" is a little uncomfortable since it turns out there's another Brad Rock
who's involved in quite a different line of work...
We can't find any advertising for Roadmaster bikes that remotely resembles what you have, so one guess is
that it was concept art for an ad campaign that never went forward.
Bob Feller was the celebrity/baseball endorser for Roadmaster ad campaigns in the 1950s.

Also, not to be a bubble burster, but Ruth was not with the Yankees in 1935, last season was '34, '35 he was with Boston.
