Unless I miss my mark, it the same card I used to own (below). King's Theatre (in St Louis) used them for a promo ending in late 1925. The Theatre (an airdome) didn't survive the onset on air-conditioned theatres and closed a number of years later.

There are a number of these known for both E120/W573 (at least 16) and E121/W575-1? (at least 2). A number of HOF's in the bunch.

The card stock is much thicker and stiffer than normal.
