Lee
Mike,
I may have something of interest to you--believe we may have even spoken before via this site. My uncle Emmett Nelson was Lee's teammate in Cincinnati and Toronto in 1936. I have a spring training photograph of Emmett, with Lee and I believe Billy Myers. I may have sent that to you earlier (or promised to, then didn't). I also have a spring training roster of the Reds for 1936 that should have Lee included. Lastly, the story of how I identified Lee is a fun one in itself--another old player Lee Stine, who was also on that team did it for me when I was researching Emmett's career for a family baseball history I wrote.
