LEAST favorite t206 HOFer pose

Rob, I started a thread about that "A" on Cy's uniform last year.
Some members told me that it is an older Boston uniform. It actually says

B A

for Boston Americans. In this pose you can only see the A on Cy's shirt.
I thought that this was the best explanation.

Good point Sean, thanks! Guess its realistic since his last season in Boston was 1908 ...

After reading this thread.....we can draw a conclusion....beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Everybody has different tastes when it comes to this set, I guess that explains why there's such passion for it

I assume you mean "Bat off shoulder." I would agree with that. "Bat on shoulder" is a beautiful card

I guess I'll be the first to say that I like all of them.

There are a couple of commons I don't like that much (but not many).

If we're just talking portraits, put me down for the Mathewson. I love the white and dark cap cards, but the portrait doesn't do anything for me.

Put me down as one who really likes the Tris Speaker, Cy Young port, and the Jennings both hands. The Jennings is one of my favorites in the entire set. That's pure joy, to me.
