Not tough at all if you know truckers in Texas. Leon had a find of five or six that he purchased from a Texas trucker. In general they are extremely tough. Someone might even know close to the exact number. I think there are less than a couple dozen of them, maybe even fewer. |

I recently won the one in Leon's auction for about $1200. It looks like a gem but is slabbed "rebacked and trimmed" something like that. Anyways, Leon and I both agree that it is neither and I think I got a steal as these should be in the $3K range. No need to try and have it reslabbed as it is a keeper in my type collection. Dan. |

SGC said it was trimmed...exactly like the other 4-5 I have, cut the same way, from very different sources. I have seen about 12-15 including the ones I own. I consider them very scarce if not truly rare. Until I picked up the group of 5 a few years ago I had only seen about 3-4. Value is anyone's guess but one in a 20-30 holder should be in the 2k-3.5k range...imo.... |

I don't think it will do any good with SGC looking again. I spoke with Derek Grady about it on the phone, when they had it, and they are steadfast on it. Maybe another grading company? |
