Dave, Thanks for the reality check... Wifee working full time, the FD has been busier than Kmart on Welfare check day and our youngest is across an ocean for another two years. As always, our summer begins in mid September. Still, our hectic life couldn't be fuller.

We are all just going to hang out at the house today. It's raining pretty hard and the forecast is for storms all day. After my son gets home from FB practice and the wife and daughter awaken it'll be movies and games this afternoon. I'll shut down the computer for the day I think.

I agree, have a great holiday weekend. I am starting off this morning by making Manhattan clam chowder with a bunch of cherry stones and if the weather clears, heading out on the bay with the wife and kiddies. Have a safe holiday all!

I'm seeing the battle of the two losers in the N.L. East tonight. The Nationals against the Braves. The Braves pitcher is 3-10 and the Nats pitcher is 2-10. Maybe we'll see a lot of runs scored!

Life??? For some the hobby is a break from the stress of life, too much life. But I understand and agree, darn us.

Brad, sounds to me like you're in for a 3 hour game... lots of pitching changes, mound visits, and checking runners. Might need a pencil with an eraser for scorekeeping, which sometimes becomes problematic with pitching and position changes, the possibility of batting around... Have fun! Wish I was there.
