PSA "Customer Service?"

I submitted my cards over a month ago...For the 10 business day deal...Just got an email saying they received them (even after I went through all of the silly conventions like labeling the cards, envelope, etc.). |

If you call to complain, they will probably give you some free submissions. |

How did you send them? Registered Mail? If so, the package should have been scanned when it was delivered. Your Post Office can look up the delivery date, or give me the Registered Number and I will look it up for you at work on Monday. Rick |

The submission forms state you must specify the service tier on the outside of the package in order to obtain the guaranteed turnaround. |

I sent a shipment of 24 cards to SGC which were marked "express" service (15 days) clearly on the outside of the package. Their website shows they received the shipment on October 25th and I note that their website says the cards haven't yet been graded and sent back yet... |

I had a similar experience Bob. However, after I e-mailed my displeasure to SGC, they got it corrected and sent out the packages within 3-4 hours. |
