Banners - Is that it?

Is that all the space that the banner takes up? It's not obtrusive nor is it distracting. The fact that the banner changes frequently is kind of nice because it doesn't give the appearance of any one company as a sponsor of the board. I haven't seen a PSA banner yet.

Any way to fast-forward them if you missed one and want to go back or fast through the rest of them to get to the missed one?
