A backup National?

I am hearing whisperings of a "backup" National to be held in Cleveland this summer. A local dealer told me that he had been contacted about partcipating. Has this been confirmed? If so, does anyone have dates?

Will we have to choose up sides and go to war over which show is the true national? Maybe the promoters should meet up like a kung fu movie ("Everyone knows National style is mightier than International style!" "Hmph! Your promoter knows nothing; I spit on the dog!")
