Spokesmen for Palmeiro, who could not be reached for comment, say that he wishes to put the performance-enhancing-drug controversy behind him as soon as possible so that he can return to what he does best, namely baseball and lucrative performance-enhancing-drug endorsement.

Obviously they're talking about Viagra...

"give away" of men (other article--to top her last year's give away of cars) even more annoying--and dangerous. I mean, what if some of the women (or men) took the whole thing seriously, and their randomly-chosen partners didn't? I guess there are worse ways to choose a partner for life than finding the key to his house taped to the underside of your chair...

INcidentally, Bonds has hit two HRs in the three (?)games he appeared in; I assume, whatever he was taking, he ain't taking it no more. Looks good, physically, too.
