There are at least 2 variations on that card with Ruth placed in different spots, this one Has W.Johnson (top right), and I believe Coveleski(bottom right). Ive seen at least 1 Ruths and 1 Johnson cut, they were offered to me last year but too high $$ for me. Frank

They may be arcade cards. Some larger regional arcades made squarish cards for their own machines.
