several years ago i purchased the 2 items below as 1909 baseball postcards, from the scans provided i assumed they were each T card size and perhaps some type of preproduction mock up. as is evidenced by the penned names and numbers. |

I believe those were created in 1982 by the same company that created the "Just So' Cy Young card in 1981. |

just the addressee and the return address along with postmark and stamp. i'll take a shot tomorrow and post it, it's in pencil and kind of faint. |

there is no date, just addressee which is easy to read in fountain pen, the return is in pencil and hard to make out the name, only wilmington, NC is easily distinguishable, the postmark is just a wilmington, nc stamp no date, but it is probably of 1910-11 era. wish i could add more, i really think they are cut from some type of advertisement for the set and there must have been others as the cuts do not match up on any sides. |

In my opinion, these pieces are truly unique do to the fact that they could possibly unlock some new info. concerning the t209s while at the same time are directly connected to the time period in the form of a postcard. Thanks for sharing them. |
