Beware, fraudulent eBay and PayPal e-mails

Beware, fraudulent eBay and PayPal e-mails
Posted By: Hankron
As I mentioned once before-- when you get an email form PayPal or eBay or your credit card company or whomever, asking you to change your password or such, do not use the link in the email. If a scam, the email is trying to get you to go somewhere other than the legitimate site. If it is from PayPal, as an example, go online with your web browser, type "www.paypal.com" and sign in. If you got to the sign 'manually' you won't have trouble. |
