Default Home run trivia

Who are the 5 players to hit 100 or more home runs for three different teams?

A-Rod is the first that springs to mind.

Sheffield was on so many teams, he’s got to be one to, unless he was on too many teams.

Reggie Jackson, I’m hoping he hit 100 as an Angel.

Only 2 teams for Sheffield (Dodgers and Marlins). 76 for the Yankees was the closest he came to 100 for a third team.

Only 2 teams for Winfield (Yankees and Padres). He didn't play long enough anywhere else to get close to 100 for a third team.

McGriff was so close - 130 for the Braves and 125 for the Blue Jays but only 99 for Tampa Bay. He also had 84 for the Padres so he might be the closest to 100 for 4 teams, but only did it for 2.

Darrell Evans & Nelson Cruz?

or perhaps the most 'unknown' 400-homer guy: Edwin Encarnation (probably didn't even spell his name right)?

I’ll throw out Dave Kingman. Another guy with a lot of teams. Maybe too many again?

Yes, Darrell Evans with the Braves, Tigers and Giants. Good job. I thought that would be the one that would take the longest to get.

Nelson Cruz (Rangers and Mariners) and Edwin Encarnacion (Blue Jays) didn't get to 3 teams.

Kingman was close - 154 with the Mets and 100 with the A's but only 94 with the Cubs and 77 with the Giants.

Trying to think of guys who had decent runs with three teams.

Curtis Granderson
Lee May
Adam Dunn
Nelson Cruz
Jim Thome

If it's not one of those I'm stumped

Thome cheated, he went back to the Phillies in his last year to hit only five home runs to barely reach 100 with the Phillies .
