Actual card threads are some of my faves. And I imagine quite a few deals have been done over the years because of them.
Show one if you want to... A fairly recent D381 trade with a board member and shown a few times but still ...

I have always found bread issues to be tougher than cookie/ Biscuit issues. Mom was typically opening bread and was less inclined to save cards.

Nice, Phil. Relative, perhaps? I must say, the old PCL was like MLB for the West coast. Very cool.

, but cut from a Koester Bakery poster promoting the subway series in 1921 featuring the Giants and Yankees
The poster is a thicker than regular cards' stock. Players from the New York clubs not in the regular set were included in the bread set. Jesse certainly looks like a lock to become a future Hall of Famer. ![]()

Paul, I'm lovin' your D380 of Addie Joss. I'm also showing the back of my D380 type card for those who aren't familiar with this scarce issue.

Even though D322 Tip Top Bread cards are somewhat small (about 1-3/4" x 2-3/8"), there's still a lot to loaf about them.

This large Felt Pillow Top was a premium that could be had in return for 50 coupons from the D381 Ferguson Bakery cards. Besides Evers, all of the images are the same that were used for the cards.

Lucky to pick this up from a fellow Net54 member last year -- appears to be the third example of this card to surface since 2003.
Riddle played in 98 MLB games, spread out between 1930 and '48 (age 42). He played 1,600+ minor league games, mostly in Indianapolis. He was a coach on Milwaukee's '57 World Series championship team.
