This one is raw and has been since the late '90s. Bought as "EX+" from SCP when they had their brick & mortar store in Laguna Niguel. Now they are strictly an auction house with no retail store.
Slight/even wear to corners, but near-perfect centering and flawless surface with no wrinkles or creases. It should easily fall within the grade range you specified. Just PM me if interested and thanks, Mark

This post should probably be in the 1920-1939 section. You may consider moving it there, to get more responses (if you are steadfast on getting a graded example).
