Taylor-Made Shoes Photo Card: Any Info?

Found this over the weekend and wondered if anyone else had seen one before:

It is shown in a Card Saver IV for perspective. Blank backed. It looks a lot like various entertainment premiums from the early 1950s. Signed; perhaps from a store appearance?
