Apologize if this is the wrong forum, moving to Flagler Beach area in the next few weeks. I was wondering if anyone knew of of decent card shops for vintage in the area. I’m about 20 minutes north of Daytona and an hour south of Jacksonville. Thanks!

There are a few stores in Jacksonville but really depends on what you are looking for. Also a monthly show in Jax that was good the last time I went.

Welcome to the First Coast, Brian! The weather is great, but it's not exactly a hotbed for vintage. As Ken stated, Jacksonville has a monthly card show and there are at least a couple of decent card shops. However, I do miss Boston, where I collected for 40 years.

Theres a few dealers in Palm Coast as well as Daytona and a bunch in Jacksonville. Also Orlando is not very far from you..... lots of stuff there. A great place to start is by contacting dealers at the local shows ( Palm Coast has started a monthly show also!! ) which is close to you. The Jacksonville show at the Ramada in has about 50 dealers..... the other Jacksonville monthly show at Showtime Sports has maybe 20 ..... feel free to contact me once you move down and I can give you some more tips about the local stuff , especially when I find out more about what you collect. Welcome to Americas First Coast! Rocky

I’m from Orlando. Where are finding “lots of stuff” there?
I visited last week and pickings were very slim from what I experienced. Last edited by Gmoney328; 03-18-2023 at 11:43 PM. |

Guess I mean the monthly card show which has a lot of dealers. Not sure of the physical store availability.

The MeelyPops Shop in Gainesville isn’t far from you, though not a huge vintage selection there. As others have mentioned the monthly Ramada Show is pretty good, plenty of post war vintage usually present.

There is a monthly card show in Apopka, just north of Orlando. Nice selection of vintage and modern.

Antique mall at Exit 414 on I-75 has some vintage, and a bunch of unopened junk wax era.
