The legs seem the same to me, it's just that someone attached a strip of wood to one of them. Probably to keep it from scratching the floor wherever they had it after it was in wherever it was.
It seems a bit lightly built compared to most stadium seating, but the style of the legs seems more Victorian/Eastlake style maybe 1880's I don't think it's Yankees related at all, but it is cool in its own way. Just not 7500 cool. Although, even in the mid 80's I saw some insane prices decorators in NY could get for things. |

I've got several fixtures scattered about my house from China.
Pretty sure that's rock solid provenance this decorative birdhouse was lifted directly from The Forbidden City. I think I also might have a flat screen that was pulled deep from the bowels of The Great Wall. ![]() |

Probably from a train station since it once had armrests separating the seats. I like the new stenciled numbers. Not even an attempt to age them.
I am guessing the barrels in the background of the photo were purchased in Baltimore so they must/could/may be from the bar Babe Ruth's dad owned...
