SOLD 1955 TOPPS SET VGEX Clemente PSA 4 in Roop binder + wrapper

Great lower middle grade set here. Very consistent VGEX. I didn't take each card out, but found no creasing on the ones I did - grades are due to corner softness and centering. Set presents much stronger visually. All the keys are graded - see attached scans, led by a nice PSA 4 Clemente rookie and BVG 4.5 Koufax rookie. The original owner assembled the set raw and sent the included examples in for grading himself. Also included is a high quality slip cased MJ Roop brand binder. The MJ Roop binders are no longer produced and are in high demand and sell in the $200-$300 range in good condition. Also included is a beautiful example of a 1955 Topps wrapper.
Priced to move at $9500 obo net to me, delivered to you (I collect sales tax in NY, NJ and PA)
