Default FT: Near Perfect (Way OC) 1968 Topps #45 Tom Seaver

'Near Perfect' means this 1968 Topps #45 (second year) Tom Seaver All-Star Rookie card is as close to perfect as you will ever find...EXCEPT FOR THE CENTERING. I have two PSA 9 OC's already, so I don't 'need' this one for my set, so it's available for trade.

Sharp as Chinese throwing stars corners, no wear anywhere, measures out perfectly, and top to bottom centering is perfect. If you're an off-center aficionado like me, then it doesn't get any better than this, and it's exactly as it came out of the pack 50+ years ago. (Yes, sorry, a lot of hyperbole. )

FYI: The PSA 9OC's on ebay (with a tad bit more room on the right side) range in price from $700 - $1,000. Yowza!!! (To be clear, I can't possibly guarantee that it will come back as a PSA 9 OC - especially since they may not give qualifiers anymore? - but to me that is exactly what it is.)

If you're interested or have any questions, give me a shout. Just trading.

This is a general list of things I'm interested in and usually look for:
• HOF'ers in nice shape from the 50's through early 70's (preferably graded, but open to cards in their natural state)
• Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle, Sandy Koufax, Jackie Robinson, Ted Williams, Roberto Clemente, Babe Ruth and Nolan Ryan cards
• 1958 Topps HOF'ers
• 1971 Topps Greatest Moments
• Tough to find errors and variations from the 50's through the early 70's
• 1964 Topps Stand-Ups (need virtually any in nice shape)
• 1961-67 Topps high numbers and SP's
• 1962 Topps 'green tints' graded 8 and higher
• 1963 Fleer BB stars and HOF'ers in nice shape
• 1967 Laughlin World Series (with address on back) in high grade
• Major HOFer rookie cards
• 1953 Bowman Color BB (need virtually any in nice shape)
• 1954 Bowman BB stars and HOF'ers in nice shape
• 1954 Red Heart BB (need virtually any in nice shape)
• 1968 Milton Bradley HOF'ers
• 1971 Fleer World Series ‘Updates’ (1971 - 1977) in high grade
• 1972 Topps HOF'ers, high numbers and other cards in strict NM shape and nicely centered to upgrade my sets
• 1972-73 OPC Hockey starter set in nice shape with stars and/or high numbers
• T-206's or other pre-war cards (possibly)
• And who knows what else? Sets, oddball things from the 50's and 60's?? I may be open to a wide range of things.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Overpaying yesterday is simply underpaying tomorrow.

I'm bumping this for no other reason than to show a funny quote by Tug McGraw about 'Tom Terrific' from Ron Luciano's book, "The Umpire Strikes Back."
