Hi, Andy. The picture that says "Uniform Agreement for the Assignment..." is the front of the document. It is known as a uniform transfer agreement.

Can you see the three photos I posted? That is the "contract." Or, rather, the transfer agreement, transferring a player from one team to another.
Can you see Stallings signature on the document? If you can't, let me know.
