Ebay sale of "reprint" photos & autographs
Wonder how anybody feels about the sale of press photos and old original photos with autographs …. opps …. reprints. You really have to be careful, reprint is at the end of the description and I wonder if some people don't understand what is being sold. Wish Ebay wouldn't allow that.

I have bought a couple reprint autographs. Aldrin and Cobb come to mind. I agree that they should be clearly marked in the listing.
Why did I do it? To display RP without fading an original. And in the Aldrin case I have his signature across an entire book page - huge, and it would not display well. For me - it's mostly a display preference. When people ask if it's real, I say "no, it's only for display. But let me show you the real one I have stored away" :-)
