I submitted 9 cards that were in PSA holders, about half red flip and half blue flip, to have the card and auto graded. The cards that were in red flips just had the card graded authentic previously. Per the PSA site, here is the wording on having it done:
PSA & PSA/DNA CERTIFIED ENCAPSULATED ITEMS *$10 For PSA or PSA/DNA certified cards (red or blue label) valued under $250 that need the card and/or autograph graded. ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 40 Business Days Please mark outside of shipment box with "20 Day Service" Cards with a declared value of $250 or more must be submitted at the Regular service level or higher, based upon the declared value. I received a call from them today saying that the red flip cards and blue flip cards need to be put on separate forms. Is the person entering the orders in wrong or am I mistaken after reading their instructions? |

No sadly they are right. Although they are in for the same service, they are technically 2 seperate submissions.
Blue flip is psa/dna database Red flip is PSA database. I WAS able to combine it as a one time courtesy as the rep told me the wrong Info when I submitted in person.
