I know this card is already on people's radar because of the contest for the month. Yet my question comes from how does ebay allow ebay user mrcarlk buy reprints from katetauc 3 different times (according to mrcarlk feedback) and then relist the cards as having owned them for 30+ years without pulling the auction?
I have reported the auction as I am sure others have, but on a card of such value how doesn't ebay have an algorithm that catches members that buy reprints of a certain card and then using the same account to list the same card later as authentic or "unknown"? It seems like an easy programming algorithm that could flag auctions like this for closer examination.
