Without markings it would be very hard to est. the date - any other info? Colors do not not match any early Philly uniforms

The Kansas City Athletics wore that color scheme for a while (predominantly mid-late '50s). But I don't believe they ever wore this Pillbox style, unless it was a special event or exhibition.

Might be part of the 1976-77 pillbox MLB line that was marketed to fans. Have seen some on EBay that command nice prices. Don't have the details on teams represented unfortunately.

Pillbox cap
New Era offered this style cap as a custom order for high schools and colleges, along with major and minor league clubs awhile back. As previously stated, without markings it would be hard to identify...
