If we're using Pearl Harbor and the U.S. declaration of war as the cutoff, Musial just makes it. He played 12 games in 1941, all before December 7th obviously.

Enos Slaughter/Johnny Mize come to mind. Mize is very underrated.
Warren Spahn actually played a little before the war, but I don't think he had a card.

Mize goes back to the 1936 R312. Reese 1941PB.

Lou Boudreau debuted in September 1938 and also has a 1941 Double Play.
