So I bought a card on the 21st, paid for it as soon as the auction ended. Says on the auction that the card will ship with in 3 days of payment clearing.
I have yet to receive the card and emailed the seller a few days ago asking for a tracking number and have heard nothing back, followed up again yesterday and still nothing. Am I allowed to be getting upset at this point? My gut says the seller didn't get what he wanted so he's now just not going to send the card and hoping I ask for a refund. Thoughts? |

Give it 10 calender days from when you paid for the card (assuming it was paypal) before getting upset. Once its 10 days then you can get on him.

With no response and no tracking number I would be upset already. It's not that hard to respond to an email and explain a situation if there is a reason for a delay.

Its over $1000 card too so I would have thought for that amount a response would have been a given. Even if it was a "hey I'm out of town" then I say no worries just ship it when you get back. But nothing? No communication at all is what I guess I'm most upset about.
Thats the way I would have handled it but I'm also the person that prints the shipping label as soon as I get paid and feel bad if I have to wait a day to ship out. I figure everyone else is like me and getting new cards is like christmas every time one shows up. ![]() |

Thanks Robert, 10 days is Wednesday. It was supposed to be shipped expedited shipping so maybe it will come in an overnight package tomorrow... Not holding my breath.
Sorry I'm ranting a little here I know. But this is a pet peeve of mine. If you sell a card, have been paid, same day as the card sold, then just ship the card. |
