Factory 42 overprint
What does this distinction mean for a T206?

Circa late 1910-early 1911....American Lithographic modified their printed SWEET CAPORAL Factory #30 N.Y. 350/460 series cards and 460-only series
cards to Factory #42 N.C. (North Carolina) in order to comply with ATC's divestiture. These modified cards were shipped to the North Carolina plant to be inserted in SWEET CAP packs. Is there any significant value or rarity difference between the 350/460 and the straight 460 prints?

My first was my Red Portrait Cobb and ever since I got it I have been absolutely fascinated with the #42 OverPrints. It and Sovereign 350s are the first things I look for.
