Shale,
What is the stamping on the ball (National League, ML, etc.)? More info would be helpful.... Have you compared the inscription to Koufax's inscription on other perfect game balls? BTW, my first inclination would be to pass on this ball, FWIW. Too many inconsistencies for me to spend my money on this one... Last edited by Scott Garner; 06-02-2014 at 09:45 PM.

It is my opinion that this is no good. Look at how labored everything in the signature is. Koufax is very free flowing and smooth. This is choppy with heavy pen pressure. That is without even going in to detail on the letters. Plus it's a highly desirable notation. The should be screaming to you. Maybe i'm wrong, but I wouldn't buy it.

Looks like a plastic China ball. If so, that is a red flag in itself.
