1999 Frozsnacks High Screamers Lids

I just recently purchased two of these (an orange and green version) off of ebay. Apparently, there is a blue variation of the lid as well. Does anyone know anything about these? I am curious to know if there are other color variations that might exist (and are any of the colors short printed for certain players ect.).
