To All,

I saw a recent thread about the MLB All Star Fan Fest and thought I'd mention this even though it's just about over...

A recent promotional union between People Magazine and Major League Baseball geared towards honoring military veterans has entered its final stage and I am fortunate enough to be one of the three remaining nominees with the chance to represent the club of my choosing…the New York Yankees…at the 2013 All Star Game at Citi Field in NY.

I’d be truly grateful if you took a moment to check out the following website to read my biography and place a vote…I wouldn’t mind if you told others about it either ….The voting ends tonight at midnight, but there is time to log some votes:

My sincere thanks to all of you...this is so very much appreciated. I really hope to use the platform as a way to increase the veteran outreach potential at the Vet Center. Anyway, still 5 hours to go here on the East Coast....keep those voets coming in!
