My guess is after you weed out the trade offers of PSA 7 Addie Joss cards, out-of-register "printing freaks" and "rare" backs like Sovereigns, Polar Bears and Old Mills, the number of legitimate offers would be less than double figures.

I'm sure the seller is using the automatic reject feature to filter out the non-serious bids., i.e. bids less than 100K.
