Whoever signed that does not know how to spell Reese,, that last letter looks like an s.

My opinion is good, early '90's? signature. Appears to be difficulty signing on a jersey, hence the 'R' and the 'e' s. FWIW.

I still wouldn't want it, too many nicer out there
 . And as Richard said, maybe a forger had a hard time with the M&N.

The R looks weird also but it would have been helpful if the OP had said it was on a jersey.
Old age of Reese and on a jersey i guess anything is possible.
