when submitting cards to PSA/SGC, is it okay to submit them in a card saver semi-rigid without the penny sleeve?

Yes, I do that all the time when sending to SGC
|

I submitted a card for a friend at the National this year and the PSA customer rep. actually had me take the card out of the top-loader and insert it into a card saver.
So to answer your question...yes a card saver is fine when submitting. Jantz |
