Picked up this letter from the "Newark International Base Ball Club" addressed to Mr. Mike Dibella from Ray L Kennedy... Interesting to find a Michael Dibella who played for the 1938 Federal A's team. Doing some research on it and have a few questions...
1. Is this the same Ray Kennedy that managed the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 1940s? 2. Looks like Ray Kennedy may have played one game in the majors for the St. Louis Browns 1916? 3. Has anyone seen the "Courtesy Card" that is referred to in the letter? 4. Any interest in this type of item? Do they come up often? Last edited by smokelessjoe; 03-07-2011 at 02:46 PM. |
