Since 2019. A WAY more common complaint is a driver (allegedly) not attempting a delivery and marking 'customer not available'.
Edit to add missed question: I'm a seasonal driver and have 2 friends who are longtime FT drivers. It's explicit in the training, regular communications, and via OTR supervisors. Can't speak to Fedex policies.
