I have not done anything wrong and asked a question because you are right, i do not know alot in this industry hence why i asked for help. the first transaction that dave brought up, again i can not tell what is authentic and was isnt which is the primary reason i went over to non sports since there are less copys. the sick part is that the lies and rumors people have put on this post whether accusing me of having 8 different names and accusing other people of things they didnt do. or making a comment and then when proving it to be false, not even an apology or a take back to the statement. why is it ok for my private info to be given out, but then when i make a comment i get blocked from a site. this is a good ol boys site, a sorority and the more you guys talk, the more you prove it. the funny thing is i have gotten 3 emails already from people telling me how crooked this site and the people are. and 2, its amazing the people who talk crap are also some of the same that still bid on my items (why is that). all that needs to be done is for people who want nothing to do with me is to shut up and ignore me and let the rest decide what they want to do. but for someone like you who has never dealt with me like many others to judge is prejudice........ just like some of the emails have been stating.

I do apologize to you Rawn for the attitude. What I shouldn't have done is taking to the name calling of "Steve Schwartz" on this forum. I do understand there may be younger audiences. What I was trying to point out was just the fact that I'm sick of this individual and the way he constantly takes advantage and schemes others. It has to stop. Every few weeks on the non-sports board someone else has popped up with a problem with this guy. He always has an excuse, and I can't believe he is still on ebay at all and not prison at this point. You state that you can gripe at the n54 moderators for not doing their job. Yet you state your refusal to give Mark his refund is based on the fact that he griped about you on the NS board about how you were not doing your job. eBay rules state that the seller is responsible for getting the things they sell to their buyers, period. I don't see anywhere on eBay any clauses about how that changes, if the buyer tells others about it. Sure, Mark probably should have gone to the FBI first; but we all live and learn.

Steve, as an eBay seller I do understand that maybe you are feeling personally slighted. The reality is that we, as sellers through e-commerce, we cannot, pick and chose buyers; and thus we don't control their feelings and actions. However, we still need to follow the rules of our venues. If sellers disregard what are common and generally understood rules of said venues then anarchy ensues, and eventually said venue will be worthless to all involved and thus will cease to exist for all involved.

Though eBay may seem like a great corporate giant, it could easily turn against any 'collectible' types of sales. Many of us do feel as if they have been going that route for the last few years.

I understand from your posts that you consider yourself a 'collector' rather than an actual seller; but you do sell, and thus have to except the common guidelines that even full time sellers have to deal with.

Steve; I don't know either of you guys, but I do think you need to do the right thing, and refund Mark's money.

This isn't as simple as a seller and buyer having a slight issue. Steve is a scammer, not just a seller out of touch with what customer service is. This is not me just saying this because I had a bad deal and feel slighted. I did get my money back which after talking with many others that have dealt with Steve, I am lucky. Steve loves to spew his "Dave is a con-artist and has my money and Yum Yum's." Well Steve, I've already shown the paypal transaction, and as I said I have records of everything between us including my contacts with your local p.d. As far as the cards which I don't believe you ever even owned, it was brought to my attention by an auction house no-less that those scans you used were used just a few days before by another seller (you actually started the auction for the Yum-Yum's before that seller's auction even ended).

I got my money back after keeping on Steve through emails, phone calls, and letting the local authorties in on what was going on...true. I'd love for others to be made aware of Steve and realize they should stay away from him. It is not just a matter of a cruddy seller...it's a matter of a scammer.

Let me first say that i have no problem giving a refund back to someone if they are not happy with the cards or for any other reason. the reason he never got his refund and never will get a dime from me are the following reasons

1- never contacted me
2- slander through an outside source to ruin my rep
3- giving out personal information

Now many of you may say well if i give a refund all would have been forgotten however when you are dealing with pieces of dung like our fellow dave here it doesnt matter. In this case we have a person who had me end an ebay auction (i was at fault here for thinking of doing such a thing). he then demanded a refund while card was in transit (yes he never even got to see the card before demanding a refund). as of now he got his refund and i never got my cards back (and im the scam artist?)

So what has happen since then is 2 people have gripes with me (would love for anyone else to report a problem they personally had with me (without receiving a refund). because it seems all this fuss about me is from 2 people one of which was refunded. The rest are a bunch of jackasses who feel they have to join into a situation that doesnt involve them. Amazing how so many people can have a judgement on something or someone with never doing a single transaction with them. It truely shows both the ignorance as well as the "cliche" like atmosphere here on this site.

Funny thing is on a similar posts here a buyer was not happy and offer a refund and everyone said that was the best someone can do. however dave for some reason that isnt good enough for you (and you still have my cards).

This posts started because i had a sports card question of which only one of the 90 posts try to help with. what does that say about you guys?

I only ask that if you dont want to deal with me, stay out of it, ignore it. if i respond to a b/s/t that you dont want me to, just ignore it. And if you never had a single transaction with me then you have no right to judge and i challenge you to actually talk to me personally or try a single transaction with me and see what happns. I have already made 2 transaction here no the b/s/t of which one is successful and one is in transit (cy young card).

rest is up to you. continue the negativity or grow up

I could not do it right away because i was on a business trip- true or false

Just as I thought you would come up with more junk. As I said, I have the records from everything in our little issue. Did I ask you to end an auction early on ebay? Sure did. Many people do, no law against that. The next morning I found out you stole the scans, they were pointed out to me by a fairly well known board lurker for the most part that runs an auction house. Guess what Steve? Your famous..many people know about your reputation, unfortunately just not enough people yet. After this "friend" showed me you stole scans I did my own research on you and found quite a few issues in your past that told me to try and get my money back and get out of this deal. (That by the way unfolded on here and I can pull up that thread).

When you finally returned my phone call you proceeded to cause me out, I had to scream just to be heard over you. You told me you wouldn't refund. The second phone call you told me you would refund but that you had already mailed the package. (I thought you were full of it, although I really was worried about getting an empty package). I emailed you the next morning that I had been in contact with the P.D. in your area and gave you names. I still have those names as well as the follow up email from the police chief asking where things stood. So what is so funny is your excuses of "i'm on a business trip I can't refund you" (heck, you were on the internet and just had to log into paypal to refund) and your "I already mailed the package and want it back before I refund" (you never mailed anything nor can you produce any proof you did). In fact Steve...produce me the proof you emailed the package and I'll send you $500 paypal money asap. There you go big shot. If i'm running you around you'll surely expose me and make out $500 to the good, you won't even have to steal this $500 from anybody.

Well, this has certainly been fun. Here's a seller who offers free shipping unless paid with paypal, at which point there would be an $8 add for shipping.

So I get an invoice, I guess, grouping the cards together, paypal only, $10 shipping - no name or address to send a check even if I wanted to and no response to a number of emails.
