It’s tough to get under pop 50 for an entire set. If you expanded it to 100ish, you would probably pick up a few more.

Ah, I misinterpreteded the rules. I thought it was 50 or less of every single player in the set (could be 49 of each player). I stupid.

It’s definitely a crazy low cutoff.

About the only way to get there is to have BOTH a very short checklist AND only a few cards for each player. Obviously not many postwar sets meet those conditions. And when they do, it’s usually because it wasn’t ever released to the public.

1946-1947 Sensacion Premiums.

I know several single player collectors who've been waiting for a Musial/Williams to pop up for years.


Also 1959 dads cookies probably meets the requirements.
