I'd try to be patient. It was the same thing for me with gameuseduniverse. I tried to register 2-3 months ago, and then finally got a call from the person a couple of weeks ago. The person asked me if I had any questions, and I mentioned that I couldn't even remember the question that I had since I registered eons ago and was waiting forever to get confirmed. She apologized for this and said that they were working through their backlog still.
