I can only speak to commons...Last year I did a cash/trade deal with a fellow board member for a sharp PSA 5 Leifeld common. The deal was worth about $1k. So I do believe the prices jump once you go beyond a 4.
PS- regarding eBay, it's usually a few lower grade examples, you rarely see any that are mid-grade on there. Last edited by MVSNYC; 05-05-2012 at 02:05 PM.
