It was most of a day in 1975 or 76.
And changing over from very old fashioned informal displays to modern quality museum displays. At the time the no-hit game balls from 1900 to current were in an obviously homemade case resting on pegboard hooks with 3x5 cards to identify the game. I've really got to go again soon. I'm not sure if they're still in the area, but there was a farming museum that had the cardiff giant, a hoax/scam from 1869. -Just checked, and they're still there, with a really neat carousel too.
