I don't have any redeemed 1912s, but I can help a bit with the redemption items.

Below is a page from the Horne book, detailing the valuable items that could be redeemed in 1938 for the accompanying number of coupons.

Mark is the authority on all things Zeenut, and he may want to elaborate on this issue more. We call all cards 1911-1938 Zeenuts, even though "Zee-nut" obviously is not on the cards from 1931-1938. It is assumed that "Zee-nuts" (a candied popcorn similar to cracker jacks) were discontinued about 1931, and instead "Ruf-nek" (a sticky chocolate marshmallow paddy) is the product that had to be purchased 1931-38 in order to acquire a 1931-38 card (of course with valuable coupon still intact). Hence the reference to "Ruf-nek" in the 1938 ad below.
