Mine was also a '59..
but mine was Mantle. My first job was in a baseball card shop, I was only 14 so by law couldn't be "paid" in cash so I worked for cards. Most of the time I just got boxs of wax packs to open but when the Mantle came in on trade I had to have it, I had to work 4 weekends just to get it, I kept it for over 10 years sold it and started a '55 topps set.
